Receiving Files

You have two secure options for receiving files from your customers:

• Utilize the “Request Files” feature within the SendThisFile portal. This function enables you to send a notification to the intended individual, requesting the files you need. The notification includes a link to a secure upload page, allowing them to send their files directly to you.

• Alternatively, you can receive files through SendThisFile’s Website Button, which can be seamlessly integrated into your website. Visitors to your site can use this button to send files your way. Once the files are uploaded, you will receive a notification indicating that files have been sent to you, and you can access them through your account.
